Just returned from a trip to Sicily to blend wines. One of our suppliers is making the house wines for the P&O cruise ship fleet. These wines were chosen by Olly Smith and so we went down to rain-lashed Menfi to decide the final blends with Enotria's Group Winemaker, Owen Bird.
