    Thomas Webb, one of South Africa and indeed the wine world at large's most genial characters, was with us recently and presented his latest Sutherland wines, from Elgin. These are stunning wines, and challenge many people's accepted notion of SA wines and their flavour profiles. Here's Tom talking about the Sutherland Syrah:
