Unsurprsingly perhaps, the Mount Edelstone Shiraz 2005 and the mightily impressive Hill of Grace 2004 were among Tim's favourites at the tasting; but he also made special mention of Henschke's white wines, including the Julius Riesling and Coralinga Sauvignon Blanc.
