Claire Thevenot worked as a sommelier and wine trainer for the Hotel du Vin group until April 2008. Claire then joined us here at Enotria, selling wines not to customers, but to other sommeliers! Here she gives us a little insight into how her training has helped her in assisting her current customers - and recommends the Laura Aschero Pigato - a star at our recent press tasting.
