    2013 Gewurztraminer, Yealands

    (6x75cl)

A bright lemon/gold colour with an aromatic nose with notes of lychee and ginger. The palate is full and textured, exhibiting notes of spice and rose petal, with a dry finish.

  2. 2010 Joseph Hill Gewurztraminer, Henschke

texture with crisp acidity and good length.

  3. 2007 Gewurztraminer Vendange Tardive, Trimbach

One whiff of the Gewurztraminer Vendange Tardive and your sense of smell is instantly pervaded with ham hock, celery root, brown spices, mint and honey. Primary juices include rose petals and spice and a dusty botrytis character to follow. This is a lusciously sweet and complex wine.

    whitewine

    2011 Gewurztraminer, Trimbach

    (12x37.5cl)

If you are expecting a heavy lychee-richness you will be surprised by the incredibly pure fresh and grapey nose of this Alsace classic. The palate is dry, but extremely full bodied, with a gorgeous mouthfilling texture leading into a lifted peppery finish.

  5. 2012 Gewurztraminer, Trimbach
    whitewine

    2012 Gewurztraminer, Trimbach

    (6x75cl)

Full, balanced and very aromatic. Depending on the vintage, the principal aromas of Gewurztraminer are lychee, rose, ginger and geranium. The Trimbach Gewurztraminer is dry and shows classic restraint, without any loss of the Gewurztraminer's exotic and spicy feature.

  6. 2001 Gewurztraminer Selection Grains Nobles, Trimbach

Peaches and nectarines abound on the nose, along with scents of lemon, rose and beeswax. The wine manages to be both extremely concentrated and yet very easy to taste, with brilliantly balanced acidity. One of the great Trimbach wines.

  7. 2013 Gewurztraminer Classici DOC, Alto Adige, Colterenzio

Brilliant colour slight straw yellow colour. Spices and perfumed aromas on the nose. The palate offers cinnamon, lychee and flavours. Clean crisp acidity and long elegant finish.

    dessert

    1994 Gewurztraminer SGN, Trimbach

    (12x37.5cl)

Apricots, white peach, lemon, rose and beeswax. A wine with unreal depth and rich, concentrated fruits on the palate. Brilliantly balanced by the zesty acidity with such power and fullness. Decadence in a bottle.

  9. 2011 Gewurztraminer Vendange Tardive, Trimbach

  10. 2008 Trockenbeerenauslese, Höpler

Trockenbeerenauslese directly translated means "dry-berry-selection". The resultant wine is rich and concentrated with complex tones that treat the nose and palate to hints of nutmeg, clove, honey, apricot and citrus.
