  1. 2011 Capitel Croce IGT, Anselmi
    whitewine

    2011 Capitel Croce IGT, Anselmi

    (12x75cl)

Outstanding. The wine exhibits a straw colour and subtle vanillin and spice aromas are noticeable in the aromatics, a creamy texture, admirable finesse and complexity and a surprisingly fat concentration and length.

  2. 2012 Vermentino Vieilles Vignes IGP Pays d'Oc, Les Archères

Bright yellow with green hues. Floral, peachy and white blossom aromas are met with a soft, creamy and well-balanced palate.

  3. 2012 Merlot, Lanya
    redwine

    2012 Merlot, Lanya

    (6x75cl)

Red cherry and plum aromas. Filled with currant, ripe plum, cherry, vanilla and blackberry flavours, complemented by sweet ripe tannins.

  4. Maximum Brut, NV Ferrari
    sparkling

    Maximum Brut, NV Ferrari

    (6x1.5l)

A deep straw yellow. A gentle, yet positive and persistent bouquet, with a note of ripe fruit accompanied by hints of crusty bread, hazelnuts and variegated floral aromas. Dry, elegant and well-balanced. It displays notable personality, with the intense fruity notes that are typical of Chardonnay accompanied by appealing nuances of vanilla and yeast that linger for a long time on the palate.

  5. 2010 Le Limoux, Chateau Rives Blanques

A blend of Mauzac, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Complex and very winey on the nose, with notes of Calvados, apple pie, cloves and herbs, and with oak very much in the background. Apple and peach flavours on the palate. Really quite refined and complex - and very persistent. Lovely.

  6. 2011 Eco Organic Torrontes, Bodegas Santa Ana

Very typical and elegant aromas of white flowers and roses on the nose layered with citrus notes, and crispy and smooth on the palate.

  7. 2010 Clos de la Roche Grand Cru, Domaine Fernand Lecheneaut

Luxurious and incredibly complex on the nose, demanding many minutes of contemplation before tasting... and what a palate when you do! Beautifuly balanced with style, finesse and length, the mid palate is a riot of red fruit flavours, spicy oak and well integrated, fine grained tannin lasting well into its deliciously rounded, multilayered finish. Superb.

  8. 2010 Pinot Blanc, Trimbach
    whitewine

    2010 Pinot Blanc, Trimbach

    (6x75cl)

This classic Pinot Blanc really encapsulates the Trimbach style: fermented completely dry, with a firm structure, lovely lemony fruit with lots of breadth, a minerally backbone and a truly elegant poise and balance.

  9. 2007 Cliff Edge Shiraz, Mount Langi Ghiran

A plump and fruity front palate, fine but solid tannic structure, tight acidity when young adding length and complexity built from pepper, spices and pulled together by smart oak.

  10. 2011 Cabernet, Painter Bridge

Deep purple in colour with fragrant aromas of red and black cherries and blackcurrants. The palate is medium bodied with a good concentration of blackberry and cassis fruit flavours. Finishes soft, round and juicy.
