  1. 2000 Pinot Gris Vendange Tardive, Trimbach

The botrytized, apricot and mango-scented wine has bags of elegance. It is medium bodied, beautifully structured and very well-balanced. White peaches are explicitly evident adding complexity to this powerful, delicate and silky smooth wine.

  2. 1989 Gewurztraminer SGN, Trimbach

Apricots, white peach, lemon, rose and beeswax. A wine with unbelievable depth and rich, concentrated fruits on the palate. Brilliantly balanced by the zesty acidity with such power and fullness. Decadence in a bottle.

  3. NV PX Jerez
    sherry

    NV PX Jerez

    (12x37.5cl)

deep ebony with dense aromas of raisins, dates and honey. The palate is unctuous and complex with a long, candied fruit finish.

  4. 2001 Riesling Frédéric Emile SGN, Trimbach

Deep Gold. On the nose there is an almost Gewurztraminer-like brown spice. The palate is round and broad with apple and plum jam, honey and brown spice. The high acidity is well-disguised by the concentrated baked fruit flavours with a mouth feel that refrains from being cloying. Age is likely to reveal so much more.

  5. 2010 Clos Dady, Sauternes
    dessert

    2010 Clos Dady, Sauternes

    (6x75cl)

A highly complex wine which entices you with its scents of lime, acacia, apricots, grilled almond and honeyed aromas. The palate is luscious and generous with its sweet apricot, honey, roasted nut and marmalade flavours and perfectly balanced with a zesty, lime rind acidity, finishing clean, uplifted and satisfying.

  6. 2008 Trockenbeerenauslese, Höpler

Trockenbeerenauslese directly translated means "dry-berry-selection". The resultant wine is rich and concentrated with complex tones that treat the nose and palate to hints of nutmeg, clove, honey, apricot and citrus.

  7. 2010 Botrytised Viognier, Trinity Hill

The colour is a beautiful green/gold, with depth. The aromas are reminiscent of honey and crystallized apricots. The botrytis has a big effect, with hints of the floral, jasmine aspects of Viognier showing. It is very luscious and concentrated, with strong flavours of dried fruits, especially apricots. The finish is very long and despite the sweetness, finishes dry with no cloying sugar as sometimes happens with this style of wine

  8. 2001 Gewurztraminer SGN, Trimbach

Peaches and nectarines abound on the nose, along with scents of lemon, rose and beeswax. The wine manages to be both extremely concentrated and yet very easy to taste, with brilliantly balanced acidity. One of the great Trimbach wines.

  9. 2011 Passito di Noto, Planeta

Engagingly fresh and succulent on the nose, exhibiting classic floral and grapey aromas. The palate is medium bodied, sweet and sensuous with fine flavours of ripe apricot, honey and melon with good balancing acidity and a crisp, mouthfilling finish.
