A beautiful bright raspberry pink with wild strawberry and black cherry on the nose with a trace of rosewater. The palate is perfectly balanced with plenty of fruit balanced by crisp lemony acidity and an elegant, mineral finish.

Opaque, almost black in colour with an aromatic and complex nose of blackberries, currants, liquorice and spices. Full bodied and structured, well balanced with ripe fruit and a lash of vanilla on the firm finish.

The bouquet exudes oak and charm. Rich and mouthfilling with great persistence. The fullness hides the steely core at first. Approachable young but worth keeping.

Ripe Bordeaux aromas of blackberry and touch of oak lift out of the glass. Mid weight tannins and grip give roundness and balance to the wine.

Trockenbeerenauslese directly translated means "dry-berry-selection". The resultant wine is rich and concentrated with complex tones that treat the nose and palate to hints of nutmeg, clove, honey, apricot and citrus.

With an attractive pale pink colour, this is a light and refreshing rosé from the Languedoc region of Southern France. Cinsault lends itself particularly well to the production of rosés, and this dry, unoaked example can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a wide range of Mediterranean dishes.
