  1. NV Cuvée Rosé Brut, Laurent Perrier

Using only the highest quality Pinot Noir grapes, this is one of the few rosé champagnes that is made by drawing the juice from black grapes in the vat, instead of simply blending red and white wines. This gives it the highly expressive bouquet, extraordinary depth and freshness, and delicious red berry flavours that have made it a benchmark for all rosé champagnes around the world.

  2. 2013 Pouilly Fumé, Château Favray

    2013 Pouilly Fumé, Château Favray

    (12x37.5cl)

Not just a grassy, acidic dry white but a round, lush wine with depth of fruit and fantastic concentration, and superb balance which make it an ideal sauvignon blanc. Starting with an aromatic flowery/fruity bouquet and finishing with clean, crisp citrus style fruit, great length and limestone/minerally tones.

  3. 2012 Chassagne Montrachet, Chateau de la Maltroye

Typical Chassagne finesse and freshness, showing flavours of apricots and peaches with hints of white flowers and a mineral finish.

  4. 2011 Crozes Hermitage Rouge, Cave des Clairmonts

A complex nose of spice and savoury bacon aromas mingled with a dark fruit character, leads into a rich palate with depth and a touch of coffee and chocolate on the finish. A fine structure lends a finesse and elegance to the wine.

  5. 2008 Cuvée Symphonie du Nouveau Monde Vouvray Brut, Sylvain Gaudron

Honey and toasted brioche on the nose. Fresh, structured palate with mouthfilling breadth and flavour. Complex and intense.

  6. 2013 Gavi di Gavi, La Minaia, Nicola Bergaglio

Pale gold in colour with flashes of diamond brilliance, it has a light, fresh, mineral and citrus bouquet. The palate is crisp and dry, with a hint of ripe pears and a complex array of red and green apples, the finish is mouthwateringly refreshing and lengthy.

  7. 2012 Docetañidos Clarete, Lezcano Lacalle

A beautifully intense, deep, rose-petal colour. The nose has elegant hints of violet and red fruits which leading to a full and fresh palate with alluring aromatics, red berries and rose petals and a long, dry finish. A rosé to remember.

  8. NV Taittinger, Brut Réserve

    NV Taittinger, Brut Réserve

    (3x1.5l)

Crisp, citrusy aromas with subtle toasty notes lead to an elegant, balanced palate with a lively, mousse texture and a crisp, flavourful finish.

  9. 2013 Sutherland Riesling, Thelema

Off-dry. Fragrant, pungent orange blossom and lime character that is sweetish on the palate, and has a long finish. Will reward cellaring.

  10. 2013 Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc, Domaine Chante Cigale

Hauntingly fragrant, reminiscent of almond and peach blossom. The palate is a wonderfully smooth, silky textured balance of dried apricot fruit and fresh appley acidity.
