  1. 2012 La Copa de Bobal Rose, Bodegas Covinas

A beautiful bright raspberry pink with wild strawberry and black cherry on the nose with a trace of rosewater. The palate is perfectly balanced with plenty of fruit balanced by crisp lemony acidity and an elegant, mineral finish.

  2. 2011 Unravelled Pinot Noir, Carrick Winery

Ripe berries and black cherries on the nose which transfer onto the palate with a hint of oak.
Finely balanced, fruit forward styled wine.

    2009 Shiraz, Thelema

    (6x75cl)

Opaque, almost black in colour with an aromatic and complex nose of blackberries, currants, liquorice and spices. Full bodied and structured, well balanced with ripe fruit and a lash of vanilla on the firm finish.

  4. 2009 Gevrey-Chambertin, Les Evocelles, Domaine Lucien Boillot

The bouquet exudes oak and charm. Rich and mouthfilling with great persistence. The fullness hides the steely core at first. Approachable young but worth keeping.

  5. 2009 La Chapelle d'Escurac, Château d'Escurac

Ripe Bordeaux aromas of blackberry and touch of oak lift out of the glass. Mid weight tannins and grip give roundness and balance to the wine.

  6. 2008 Trockenbeerenauslese, Höpler

Trockenbeerenauslese directly translated means "dry-berry-selection". The resultant wine is rich and concentrated with complex tones that treat the nose and palate to hints of nutmeg, clove, honey, apricot and citrus.

  7. 2012 La Lande Cinsault Rosé, Vin de Pays d'Oc

With an attractive pale pink colour, this is a light and refreshing rosé from the Languedoc region of Southern France. Cinsault lends itself particularly well to the production of rosés, and this dry, unoaked example can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a wide range of Mediterranean dishes.

  8. 2010 Viña Collada Rioja, Riscal

Clear, intense, deep cherry red with a violet hue. The nose is clean, medium intensity and youthful with aromas of strawberries and red cherries. The palate has a medium body with attractive ripe fruit flavours with a delicious savoury character and a hint of toast on the finish.

  9. 2011 Rosso Veronese, Sartori

    (6x75cl)

Vivid garnet red, intense and persistent bouquet of red fruits and spices. On the palate the wine is full bodied, round, pleasing, slightly dry and velvety, with a harmonious soft-textured body

  10. 2011 Vermentino di Maremma IGT La Mora, Cecchi

A white wine with unmistakable traces of succulent summer fruits. Rich, but with a great backbone of freshness. Fragrant and mineral on the finish.
