    (6x75cl)

  2. 2006 Cristal Champagne, Louis Roederer

Cristal bursts from the glass with fresh hazelnut and apple scents. Elegant, deep, and silky-textured, this medium to full-bodied beauty is immensely concentrated, pure, packed with apple flavours, and astoundingly long in the finish.

  3. 2013 Côtes du Rhône Rouge, Laudun Chusclan

On the first nose, very present red fruit flavors, after aeration, to notes of fresh eucalyptus. This very flattering set in the mouth is combined with fine and silky tannins. We will retain from this cuvee its delicacy (nice sweetness), its generosity (density and structure) and especially its charm, elegance and finesse.

    whitewine

    2011 Riesling, Carrick Winery

    (6x75cl)

Aromatically there are orange blossoms, honeysuckle and jasmine. On the palate it's a real citrus fiesta with sweet lemon, limes and mandarins. There is also an element of minerality about the wine with subtle notes of stone fruit and almonds. The sugar acid balance is described as 'off dry' and the finish is clean making this a good aperitif and food wine.

  6. 2012 Pinot Noir Cahuil, Viña Leyda

Pinot Noir Cahuil Vineyard is intense and with high complexity on the nose, with aromas of strawberries, red cherries and a hint of orange peel.

  7. 2008 Donaloba Crianza (Juan Garcia, Rufete), La Casita del Viñador

An intense cherry colour with a rich complex nose of ripe raspberry, cassis, cocoa beans and licquorice all of which are translated onto the palate along with some powerful earthy flavours and toasty notes with soft, round tannins and a serious savory and dry finish.

  8. 2009 The Last Ditch Viognier, d'Arenberg

The nose is a heady mix of exotic aromas. White peach and nectarine are infused with candied ginger, spice and honey blossoms.
The palate also displays white stone fruits and apricots mixed with florals, spices and savoury notes.
Whilst typically rich and luscious, the mouthfeel is balanced out by a lovely, flowery, nutty tannin that adds both length and focus.

  9. 2011 Primitivo del Salento, Francesco Candido

This wine possesses a fragrant, attractive nose reminiscent of summer fruit compote and Mediterranean spices. The palate is medium bodied and packed with jammy, baked red and black fruit flavours, soft, well integrated structure and a rounded, dry finish.

  10. 2012 Côtes du Rhône Villages Laudun Rouge, Laudun Chusclan

Aromas of ripe cherry, jam and fig. Soft tannins and sweet fruit on the palate, balanced by elegant acidity.
