    Deep garnet in colour with a subtle nose of red berry fruit. Soft and elegant on the palate with fine ripe tannin and a complex finish.

    Gravello is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Gaglioppo, it was the first red from Calabria to win the coveted Tre Bicchieri award from Gambero Rosso. It is deep red in colour, with a powerful perfume of cedar and cassis. The palate is extremely rich and complex with blackcurrant and blackberry fruits married to tobacco, spice and great concentration. The tannins provide great structure to the wine but are supple and ripe.

    Deep straw yellow in colour with rich tropical fruits such as pinneapple, peaches and pears on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with juicy tropical fruit flavours akin to the nose (pineapple, peach and citrus). this wine has a refreshing nature and a lingering finish.

  6. 2006 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros, Domaine de Vauroux

    This is quintessential Grand Cru Chablis from an outstanding vintage. Intense and elegant on the nose the palate is immensely concentrated and complex with layers of green apple and restrained minerality. The finish is amazingly long.

  7. 2012 Riesling QbA Dry, Reichsrat Von Buhl

    Bright and lively with distinctive aromas of fresh peach and apricot, with some harder notes of minerality. Full and intense on the palate with the same fruits. Good length with a vibrant, precise finish of fresh grapefruit.

  8. 2010 Lugana, Cá del Lago, Villabella

    Bright gold in colour with some green tinged highlights, the nose is clean and slightly aromatic. Medium bodied, crisp and lively, with a delightfully textured mid palate, plenty of citrus and tropical fruit flavours and a dry finish.

    A brick red colour, with intense and lifted oak aromas of cigar box, tobacco leaf, spices, cedar and vanilla, combined with fresh dark berries and ripe plums.
    Palate: A rich full and round palate of great balance, displaying rich Douro berry fruit characters, with integrated oak tannins and a great length of finish.

  10. 2011 Beurrot Pinot Gris, Kooyong

    Bright straw colour. Aromas of struck match accentuate an expressive nose of bomboniere almond, spun sugar, nougat, lychee and sweet fresh hay. The palate is rich yet dry and structured, with a viscous texture characteristic of the variety, moderate alcohol and fresh acidity. The residual sugar is relatively low for this style, at 3.7g/L and helps to emphasize the purity and line of this wine. Best enjoyed whilst youthful, this wine will build further richness over several years.
