Masterclass: Wine Ageing with Ronan Sayburn MS
Ronan Sayburn is one of the UK’s top sommeliers. He followed stints at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons and Pied a Terre with eight years as Gordon Ramsay’s head sommelier. Ronan is now Director of Wine for the Hotel du Vin group. He will be taking tasters through a dazzling line up of aged wines including Peter Lehmann Stonewell Shiraz, Amarone Bertani and Skillogalee Riesling.
