  • I already have an Enotria account. How do I order online?

Simply call the order office on 0208 961 5161  and we will provide you with a unique password for your account. Once you are logged in you can create your own list of wines which you order regularly.

  • I don’t have an account with Enotria. How do I order online?

Just fill in the ‘get in touch’  form here and we will be straight back to you to organise setting up an account.

  • Can I pay by card for online sales?

No, all online sales are on account basis.

  • What if I have special delivery instructions?

You can complete the special instructions box when you order

  • What happens if I have more than one delivery address?

All the delivery addresses normally associated with your account will appear when you log in; simply select the address you need.

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

Online orders are processed the next business day, for delivery on the very next scheduled delivery to your area.

  • I’ve lost my password

Easy. Just call 020 961 5161 and we’ll generate a new one for you.
