Customer service
As we have come to learn over the years, the key to the on-trade is service, which is why we operate our own ordering, warehousing and delivery systems. By being in control of our own operation we can be more flexible to meet your needs. Restaurants don’t keep regular office hours so our order line is open 24 hours a day via a variety of methods. Our drivers know their stuff and invariably deliver to the cellar door.
Service first
There is a lot of wine out there in the world – so why should you buy from us? Enotria puts customer service first. How?
- Having our own warehouse (duty paid and bonded) on site means that last minute orders are often possible.
- Within the M25 we can usually deliver the same business day.
- The warehouse staff boast decades of years experience between them; experience in managing and delivering customer orders is priceless in any business.
It’s one thing to have a great wine portfolio, but if you can’t get that wine delivered on time and in the right place, it won’t be much use.
Quality Control
Every single week the Enotria buyers hold a Quality Control Tasting. A qualified oenologist heads the tasting team and ensures that every batch received that week is tasted and the results actioned and logged.
In addition to the above, and random quality tests, all wine returned from customers on the grounds of being out of condition or corked are retained for inspection by the QC team.
