The Domaine d'Alzipratu is situated in the north east of Corsica in the foothills of the Montegrossu, with vineyards looking out over the Bay of Calvi, all on granite soils. Corsican typicity is further guaranteed by using only grape varieties which are traditionally Corsican; even the yeasts are Corsican strains! We are importing a deliciously refreshing white made from Vermentinu as well as an excellent rosé and red both from a blend of Sciaccarellu and Niellucciu.
