Roberto is one of the fastest, most energetic winemakers around which helps to explain the tremendously fast ascent of Anselmi into the 'club' of top white winemakers in Italy, he believes in minimal handling of the wine and bringing out the full fruit expression and flavour of the Trebbiano di Soave and Garganega grapes.
