The Château de Capitoul is located in the La Clape region of the Languedoc, in the south of France and the wines are classified "Appelation Côteaux du Languedoc La Clape". Charles Mock is the owner and winemaker of this excellent property and he has owned the estate since 1983, building up a fine reputation for making wines with great character and typicity. The property has 63 ha. of vineyard, and makes predominantly red wines. Yields are extremely low, averaging 25hl/ha.
