Francesco Montresor has given up his legal career in order to dedicate himself, alongside his brother, Michele, to the family estate that was founded in 1890. The farm owns 23 hectares of vineyards near Peschiera del Garda. While Ottella’s basic Lugana is a benchmark wine, we have decided to select the single vineyard Le Creete, which has an outstanding purity and mineral quality that sets it apart. This year their Lugana Superiore Molceo has deservedly won the Tre Bicchieri (three glasses) award.
