Domaine Jean–Pillot – The 10 ha domaine, which is now run by son Jean–Marc Pillot, has been in the family for three generations and consists of six ha of white vines and four of red. The yield for the white is 50hl/ha. The premier cru wines are aged in 50% new oak and are bottled after 16 months.
