Soleus is the first fully certified organic wine in our range from Chile. Soleus is produced by MontGras, who are very conscious of the sustainability and biodiversity of all their vineyards. Watered with pure Andean snow melt water, the vineyards benefit from the reliable Chilean sunshine and cool Pacific breezes. Winemaker Santiago Margozzini is in charge of selecting the fruit and crafting the Soleus range of wines.
