Charles Mock, former Marine and rugby fanatic, has owned this property in La Clape (south of Narbonne) since 1983, and has built up a fine reputation for making wines with great balance and typicity. The property extends to 63 hectares of vineyard, and Charles, together with son Vincent, makes characterful, food-friendly wines.
