Colli di Lapio
Colli di Lapio was founded in 1994 and is located in the heart of Lapio, in the province of Avellino. Lapio itself is a small farming town 480 metres above sea level with a dry climate and crucially large diurnal temperature differences, essential in the production of quality aromatic white wines. Fiano thrives here producing aromatic but structured wines that are ideal with food. The winery has won the coveted award of best white wine of the year for the ‘Vini d’Italia’ guide in 2010 with their Fiano di Avellino 2008.

Highly aromatic nose of honey, lemon, liquorice and tarragon, plus a saline, brothy character. Strong acidity and concentrated, piquant flavors of citrus rind and minerals give this very impressive yet somehow delicate wine great intensity. Finishes very long and firm.
