Höpler

Website : www.hoepler.at

The Höpler family’s Grüner Veltliner is light in alcohol, with fiery minerality – a brilliant introduction to Austria. The sweet Trockenbeerenauslese is made with a selection of shrivelled and nobly rotted grapes from the humid rolling slopes around Eastern Austria’s large Neusiedlersee lake. This is a classic, with extremely high levels of sweetness allied with juicy acidity and a complex blend of exotic fruits and marmaladey botrytis.
