He now owns 91 hectares of prime vineyard around the village of La Londe, much of which is Cru Classé rated, and all of which he tends using organic viticulture. The elegant, food-friendly rosés are made predominantly from Grenache, with differing proportions of Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah.
