Aynard de Clermont Tonnerre, whose family has been in the winemaking business for many generations, is the brains behind both the Sauvignon and new last year, the Pinot Grigio Rosé, which, with only 16 hectares of Pinot Grigio in the whole of the Loire Valley, makes for a delectably unique and elegant rosé.
