Château Rauzan Ségla
Rauzan–Ségla is a Château that has gone from strength to strength in recent years, making wines worthy of its ‘second growth’ status. There are 51 hectares under vine and production is 8,000 cases per year. The average age of the vines is about 25 years. The soil is a mixture of fine gravel and clay. The vines are planted to a density of 6,600 to 10,000 vines per hectare.

Vibrant purple in colour, the nose is packed with brambly fruit with elements of smoke and coffee. Round and supple with finely textured tannins structuring the midpalate alongside spicy red berry fruit and well defined oak influence. Classic, approachable claret style.
