Domaine Lucien Boillot
In 1950, Lucien Boillot transplanted from the family seat in Volnay to the other side of the globe in Gevrey-Chambertin. Since 2003, his son, Pierre, has overseen the 7-hectare domaine: its vineyards being 60% in the Côte de Nuits and 40% in the Côte de Beaune. His wines convey a sense of lightness and minerality while offering no shortage of flavour. Our selection reflects that epic journey of almost 50km, and includes wines from the family’s historic holdings in Volnay and Pommard, as well as Lucien’s acquisitions in his ‘New World’.
