Tasting Note:
One is charmed from the beginning. It is a compromise between elegance and extravagance, maturity and freshness. It shows maturity with vanilla , biscuity aromas, a touch of honey and liquorice, and freshness with fine vegetal scents of mint, citronella, green apples and a hint of minerally seashell.
Vinification Note:
Produced from 10 to 40 year old vines, with fermentation in vat and ageing 20% in oak and 80% in vat.
