Tasting Note:
Fresh, youthfully ripe aromas of apples and some bready character, the palate is soft and succulent showing grapefruit and mineral flavours with a clean, refreshing finish.
Vinification Note:
The Manciat Poncets who own this domaine believe that great wines are made in the vineyards not in the winery and as a result they stick to the traditional winemaking methods that have been used in the area for generations. Large temperature controlled (a small sop to the new world) tanks are used for fermentation and large oak barrels are used to age the wines for between 7 - 9 months.
