Vinification Note:

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is one of the most widespread native varieties of Italy, mainly along the Adriatic coast. It is appreciated for its full, mellow qualities and its aromatic persistence.
A careful selection of the grapes is followed by fermentation on the skins for 10 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is stabilized and reaches its maturity by refining in the bottle.
