Food Matching Note:
The fruity aromas and balance of this wine make it an ideal aperitif but also allow it to be a good match with light seafood and poultry, salads and most pasta dishes - especially those with chicken.
Tasting Note:
Crisp clean tropical fruit flavours of melon and pineapple on the nose and palate, with underlying vanilla wood tones. Medium-full bodied style, with a long lingering length. Ends crisp and refreshing.

From Chile's Colchagua valley between the foothills of the Andes and the Pacific coast.

Medium-full bodied and brimming with ripe tropical fruit flavours and vanilla spice.

A rich and full Chilean Chardonnay, a great example of what Chile's sunshine can do with this well-known varietal.
Vinification Note:
The grapes are sourced from the Colchagua Valley (75%) and the Casablanca Valley (25%). Loaded directly into the press for whole cluster pressing which allows extraction of only the finest quality juice and preserves the fruit flavours, the must was fermented in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 16ยบ C, for approximately 15 days. 15% of the wine was then aged with brand new French oak staves for 3 months before blending and bottling.
