Tasting Note:
Well developed with ripe, tropical fruit on the nose and an enticing note of honey leading to an intense and concentrated palate with well balanced acidity and a crisp, clean, lengthy finish.
Vinification Note:
Sourced from hand tended vines exclusively from around the village of Meursault where grapes for some of the finest, and most expensive, wines in the world are grown. Green harvesting is carried out at the beginning of the ripening season, the lucky bunches that remain on the vine are hand harvested and transported as quickly as possible to the winery where they are hand selected and gently pressed. Fermentation is completed to dryness in a selection of new and 2nd fill French barriques. The wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined.
