Ageing Potential:
Can be drunk now but will keep very well
Food Matching Note:
Grilled charmoula lamb chops, grilled lamb kebabs with cumin and cinnamon, and other dish that is not too powerful such as duck in a red wine sauce.
Tasting Note:
An aromatic nose of ripe red and black cherries with a touch of underbrush. Very pure with a silky texture and lovely intensity of fruit. Seamless through to the finish.
Vinification Note:
Traditional vinification. 12 to 18 months ageing in oak casks with 10% new With no filtration, no fining and little intervention during vinification.
