Tasting Note:
Ruby red colour with violet hues. Fruity, fragrant, forthcoming bouquet, with notes of cherry, red current and apricot. Soft yet persistent palate, well balanced acidity and tannins.

Fermentation: approximately 8 days at 22°C
Ageing: 6 months in steel, 2 months in the bottle
