Tasting Note:
Light ruby colour with a pink and purple hue. Intense fruity bouquet with notes of strawberries, cherries, dry fig and raisins. Palate offers nice tannins followed by a pleasant acidity and round full mouthfeel.

Colour:
Red with a purple and pink hue.
Nose:
Distinctly fruity, offering strawberries, cherries, figs, ginger and fruit drops. Typical of wines produced in the Vittoria area.
Palate:
Medium bodied and dry, fruit driven with a supple, long finish. Very fresh and fruity, the tannins are never overpowering.
'Funky' Tasting Note:
Strawberries, cherries and figs abound on this fresh and supple snapshot of Mediterranean Island life.
Vinification Note:
The grapes were harvested on the 30th September and immediately destemmed and crushed before spending 8 days macerating on the skins. After racking, the wine underwent a full malolactic fermentation in steel tanks before bottling during March of the following year.
