Tasting Note:
Soft easy drinking style with an intense ruby red colour. The nose is rich and full of dried cherries and cranberry aromas. On the palate it has good clean fruit, a nice balance and well rounded tannins. A well crafted wine all round with a good extract and solid structure.
Grape:
The Corvina grape is the noblest in Valpolicella, and is famed for its cherry aromas.
Location:
Comes from the Valpantena sub-region of Valpolicella, near Verona in North East Italy.

Cherries and cranberries with a medium bodied structure.
USP:
Falasco was a 17th century bandit, half Robin Hood and half Sherrif of Nottingham.

Cheeky wine named after the famous Veronese bandit called Falasco; medium bodied, delivering cherries and cranberries.
Vinification Note:
Hand picked Corvina grapes,partially dried in small boxes. Grapes are destemmed and crushed, then fermented at 22-28 C. Maceration on the skins lasts for 8 days.
