Food Matching Note:
An ideal wine for starter dishes, seafood and white meat main courses.
Tasting Note:
A delicate nose of apricots, lychee and orange blossom. The palate is refined and elegant with tropical notes of limes, banana, apricots and vanilla.
Vinification Note:
30% Marsanne, 60% Roussanne and 10% Viogner. The uncrushed grapes are kept on the stalks and pressed directly from harvesting, as quickly as possible. The must is cold sttled the fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 - 18 degrees C. Ageing is 60% in steel and 40% in barrel for 14 months. There are less than 700 cases made annualy.
