Tasting Note:
Pale gold in the glass, with a bright, sparkling appearance. Elegant and ultra clean on the nose,expressing a fine sense of terroir through its minerality, which is reflected on the medium bodied, dry and crisp palate. A stylish wine with a firm backbone and a lengthy finish.
Vinification Note:
Jean-Louis Chavy is producing top class wines. The Domaine is into fruit driven finesse but healso employs a subtle touch of toasty oak. The cellar is clean and very modern, with temperature control, a pneumatic press and stainless steel tanks.
