Food Matching Note:
Light starters, light pasta dishes and seafood.
Tasting Note:
Intense straw yellow in colour with yellow-green reflections and aromas of ripe citrus fruit, orange and bergamot, with hints of vanilla. The palate is elegant, with a good concentration of citrus fruit, a touch of creamy vanilla and a crisp, clean finish.
Vinification Note:
This wine, which belongs to the old Veronese tradition, is made from selected grapes from the hillsides of the Soave DOC zone.
The vineyards yield 100 quintals of grapes per hectare which are de-stemmed and crushed. The must and skins are then kept for a short period in temperature controlled tanks (cryomaceration). Soft-pressing and fermentation of the must is carried out at 15°-18° C
