Tasting Note:
Straw yellow with pinky tinges; the aroma is fresh and fruity with typical hazelnut and pear
overtones. The palate is fresh, dry but fruity, with cleansing citrus and green apple flavours,
pear overtones and a clean, balanced finish.
Vinification Note:
Firstly the grapes go through crushing and destemming followed by a short cold maceration on the skins. Fermentation is at a controlled temperature of between 14 and 18°C.
