Food Matching Note:
A delicious, fruity glass by itself, this will also pair beautifully with full flavoured fish or poultry. Divine with a salad of pancetta, peach and red onion.
Tasting Note:
Bright gold in colour with aromatic scents of dried apricot, pineapple and blossom. The palate is rich and fruity with a rounded texture and crisp, balancing acidity. Shows great varietal characteristics of candied citrus, cinnamon and ripe white peach flavours with a balanced, clean finish.
Vinification Note:
Produced mainly using Falanghina, Coda di Volpe and Fiano, the grapes are sourced from the county of Benevento and are harvested during the first ten days of October. The handpicked bunches are sorted, destemmed and then crushed. The must is put into stainless steel for clarification by cold static decanting and is aged in stainless steel vats from 4-6 months.
