This is rich enough to pair with creamy sauces and white meats, such as a mild chicken curry.
Tasting Note:
Deep straw yellow with golden notes. Characters of ripe pineapple and butterscotch, complemented by a fruity and complex aroma. Fresh, creamy and enhanced by the lack of oak.
Vinification Note:
The grapes were harvested on April 20th and 21st, 2006. A mixture of wild and innoculated yeats were used to ferment the must between 14 and 20º C in stainless steel tanks.
