Vinification Note:
Bonizio is a new addition to the Cecchi range, born out of the strong bond of the Cecchi family and the Maremma area. It is also the product of over 10 years research and development conducted on the region and the local Sangiovese grape variety.
Bonizio is produced entirely from Sangiovese grapes and with the characteristic Maremma signature. This is an area that due to its soil and climate, can guarantee the consistent maturation of Sangiovese, giving it a remarkable personality. Bonizio is unashamedly modern in style with the focus on the amazing potential of Sangiovese in the Maremma.
