Tasting Note:
This wine shows the typical pale golden colour characteristic of the wine variety. Floral and fresh aromas of honeysuckle, roses, lemon and grapefruit on the nose.
In the mouth, the wine is intense and well balanced, with an attractive, fresh finish. Complex and powerful, this is a stylish version of the Argentina's signature white wine variety.

Vinification Note:
The Vineyard is located at Alto Valle Calchaqui which is 1700 to 2300 meters above sea level. Yields are 8 tons per hectare. Flood irrigation is used and the conduction system is terraced. The grapes were hand harvested. Fermentation was slow, produced by selected yeasts, at low temperatures. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for three months, 2 months in the bottle. Production is limited at 35.000 bottles
