Tasting Note:
Subtle straw yellow with green hues and brilliant crystal clarity. Mixed tropical fruits on the nose with hints of white peace and cured pineapple. Perfumd floral tones infused with hints of lemon and boiled sweets and a long smooth fresh finish.
Vinification Note:
Harvested during February 2009. The handpicked grapes were whole bunch pressed prior to fermentation in stainless steel. Matured on the fine lees for three months. The wines were then filtered, blended and bottled.
