Tasting Note:
A bright and attractive cherry pink in the glass. The character shows delicous raspberries, rose petals and wild strawberries with medium weight in the mouth and a long finish.
Vinification Note:
Yields for this wine are kept at a modest 45hl/ha. The grapes are fully de-stemmed, crushed and immediately pressed. After a period of cold settling, the must is fermented at low temperatures (16 / 18C). No oak is used, and the wine is matured for 5 months in tank before bottling.
