Drink by itself on a warm day, or pair with barbeques, salads and grilled meats.
Tasting Note:
A full palate of pink grapefruit, pomegranate, and honey, with a hint of spiciness in the after taste. Nicely fresh and crispy with a lingering finish.
Vinification Note:
The Zinfandel grapes were hand picked and selected between March 7th and 23rd 2007. Fermentation was in steel tanks at between 12 and 15oC.
