Soft and restrained on the nose showing good fruit with background notes of new oak and wild yeast lees complexity, it has delicious freshly cut white peach and smoky fig fruit on the palate and finishes soft and clean.

Vinification Note
:

|
10% of the fruit undergoes wild ferment in French oak, the remainder is fermented cold in stainless steel. Following six months on yeast lees, the two components are blended prior to bottling.
