Tasting Note:
On the nose there a soft raisiny scent and aroma of tiny white flowers. In the mouth the silkiness and smoothness typical of the grape are balanced by a notable acidic and mineral structure. A lingering finish recalling candied citrus and the skin of white peach.
Vinification Note:
Produced with grapes harvested when they are completely ripe and later dried on racks, Privilegio is fermented and matured in French oak barriques.
